We're an online store that ships orders to your doorstep. Get free shipping on orders over $150!

What is the status of my order?
We usually ship orders in 1-2 business days. Please give us 3-5 business days to fulfill your order in case of delays. If you haven't received a shipping notification after 5 business days, please contact us.

Is your website secure? Is my credit card information safe?
Absolutely, we don't hold onto any credit card details on our site. Your information is encrypted using an SSL Certificate as it travels between our website and your browser
Why is my credit card payment declined?
Please check if your billing address matches your bank's records exactly – as this is a common reason for such issues. Pending authorizations without completing the order will clear within 5 business days.
Shipping & Returns
I haven't received my order confirmation email. Where is it?
Please check your email address for accuracy and look in your spam folder. If it's still missing, contact us at info@beautyagecare.com.
One of my items arrived damaged or is missing. What should I do?
Please carefully inspect the package – if the item is still not found, email our customer service at info@beautyagecare.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
How do I initiate a product return?

What is the expiry date on your products?
Most have a minimum 30-day guarantee. For items beyond this, please email your order number and a photo to info@beautyagecare.com.
What’s your shipping company?
Our current shipping partner is Canada Post.
How long does delivery take, and when can I expect my order?
Your order typically ships within 1-2 business days (3-5 during peak seasons or while awaiting a shipment). Delivery times vary based on your location.
Do you deliver to a PO Box?

Can I request a specific delivery time?
Unfortunately, we can't guarantee a specific delivery time. Please keep an eye on your tracking number for an estimated delivery date.
I made a shipping address mistake, but my order has been shipped. What should I do?
